Antique American Oak Clean Face Flooring

A blend of beautiful old growth American White and Red Oak cut from beams in historic structures of Pennsylvania.  

Kiln Dried to 6-9% moisture content and no restrictions on the presence of knotting.  Material will have a smooth texture with fastener impressions, checks, beetle tracking, knot, peg, and bolt voids.  Chips and open knots with a diameter of up to 1" may be present. 

In some cases, larger voids may be included to maintain the boards length.  There is no limit to the amount of natural weather and mineral staining.   Structural checking that do not compromise the plank's integrity after installation are permissible and tend to be more common as the material's width increases.  

Material will be milled with tongue and groove fastening, relief cuts, end matched and with an eased edge.  Unfinished.  

Single width options are available as a custom quoted price.  Orders under 200 Sq. Ft, will have a minimum order charge.   Shipping rates will be provided once order has been placed and freight quoted.
